Information on potential circumstances that objectively impede the Company’s activities

In 2012, as a result of earthquakes, hazardous meteorological and hydrological phenomena occurring in the territory of the Russian Federation railway facilities included in the infrastructure of JSC “RZD” were locally damaged, which did not escalate into emergencies and did not have a significant impact on the industry.

Consequences of the damage were quickly liquidated at the expense of JSC “RZD” without the involvement of territorial unified state emergency prevention and response system.
